Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry. As a Bartender, you will create memorable experiences for our guests by serving high-quality drinks, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain knowledge of current drink trends, brewing techniques, and food safety practices to ensure high-quality service.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Assist in catering events as needed, providing beverage service that meets the expectations of our clientele.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management for timely restocking.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bartending is required.
• Strong knowledge of brewing techniques and food safety regulations is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail math for accurate order processing is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older as per state regulations regarding alcohol service.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.08 - $21.83 per hour
