Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, payments, and cash handling with accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling standards.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially during busy nightclub or event settings.
• Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or small plates in catering or banquet scenarios.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently while managing sales records and balancing registers at shift end.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments; hospitality or food industry background preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; ability to perform retail math and basic math calculations accurately.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events like catering or banquets.
