Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• Engage with guests to provide recommendations and answer questions about drink selections.
• Process orders efficiently using the our POS system, managing tabs and payments accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain bar operations.
• Adhere to all local laws regarding alcohol service and ensure responsible serving practices.

Skills

• Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of bar standards and cocktail preparation techniques.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy shifts.
• Understanding of food safety practices to ensure the highest quality of service.
• Proficient in using our POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
• A friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills, eager to help guests feel welcome.
