Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Engage with guests warmly, providing excellent customer service to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards.
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change.
• Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with legal drinking age laws and responsible serving practices.
• Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or light meals in a timely manner.
• Keep track of inventory levels, restocking supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or food service environments.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and tab management.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• Previous experience in catering or banquet environments is a plus; brewing knowledge is also beneficial.
