Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for our guests in both fine dining and nightclub settings.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Engage with customers, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for order processing and payment handling.
• Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.

Skills

• Proven experience in bartending or food service, preferably in fine dining or nightclub environments.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell beverages and menu items effectively.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures to maintain high hygiene standards.
• Exceptional communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
• A friendly demeanor with a strong focus on customer service.
