Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Toast POS.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales of drinks and food items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations at all times.
• Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic math calculations for accurate billing and change.
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe environment, especially in nightclub or banquet settings, while providing excellent customer service.
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, and beverages promptly to meet high-volume demands during busy hours.
• Follow all food safety protocols, including proper food handling procedures, to ensure compliance with health standards.

Skills

• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders seamlessly during peak hours.
• Previous experience in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and sales transactions.
• Experience with catering or retail math is a plus for managing large events or high-volume sales.
• Familiarity with brewing processes or beverage crafting techniques enhances your ability to serve specialty drinks.
