Bartender

Duties:

- Greet and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and addressing any concerns or issues promptly

- Keeping the bar area nice and tidy during guest experience
- Clean bar tops and reset them for the next guests
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and timely delivery to guests
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using the POS system
- Follow all food safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:

- Excellent knowledge of Resy or similar reservation software
- Strong math skills for accurate order taking and bill calculation
- Exceptional guest service skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and provide personalized service
- Proficient in multitasking from making cocktails to talking to tasks
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including seating arrangements, table settings, and service flow
- Willingness to assist other team members as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Knowledge of food safety practices and ability to follow proper hygiene protocols
- Basic understanding of food preparation techniques and ingredients used in fine dining establishments
- Experience handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly using a POS system
