Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a strong knowledge of beverage preparation, and experience in fast-paced food and beverage environments. This role involves creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests while efficiently managing drink orders and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Experience with POS systems such as Clover POS is preferred, along with a solid understanding of the food and beverage industry, including fine dining, nightclub, banquet, catering, and food service settings. Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with company standards.
• Use POS systems like Clover POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Manage multiple drink orders simultaneously while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Ensure all beverages are prepared following food safety guidelines and responsible alcohol service policies.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Engage with guests to create a positive experience, utilizing strong customer service skills.
• Restock bar supplies as needed and assist in inventory management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours such as nightclubs or banquet events.

Requirements

• Proven experience in food industry roles such as restaurant, retail math, or hospitality environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems including Clover POS.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy shifts.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and retail math calculations.
• Experience serving in banquet settings or catering environments is desirable.
• Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced environment such as a nightclub or restaurant setting.
