Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of beverages and related products.
• Manage cash handling duties accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe environment, especially in nightlife or nightclub settings, while providing excellent customer service.
• Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts, including alcohol, garnishes, glassware, and utensils.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales transactions.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders quickly during busy hours.
• Demonstrated ability in customer service with a friendly attitude and effective communication skills.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales tracking, and accurate measurement of ingredients.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
