Bartender

Seven Bridges Golf Club is a 4-Star rated course by Golf Digest and is recognized as one of the top 5 public courses in the Chicago land area. We are hiring Bartenders for our dining and events spaces.

JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome guests with a sincere greeting
• Exceed guest expectations
• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes
• Safely and effectively transport food or beverage
• Stock the bar with alcohol, glassware, ice and supplies
• Effectively service a full bar top
• Responsible for the bar cash drawer
• Maintain the security of all bar stock
• Able to move and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift
• Respond to guest needs with patience and courtesy
• Completed alcohol awareness training
• Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
• Follow all rules, policies and procedures
• Get along well with others and be a team player
• Other duties assigned as needed
