Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and answering questions about menu items.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS efficiently for order processing, cash handling, and billing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and balancing registers at shift end.
• Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or small plates during busy periods.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during high-volume events like banquets or nightclub nights.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings; hospitality background preferred.
• Bilingual
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy shifts.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for diverse guests.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing.
• Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with local laws; certifications such as TIPS or ServSafe are a plus.
