Bartender

Bizarre Bar is looking for an experienced, high-energy bartender to join our growing team. As a one-year-old bar and live entertainment venue, we’re building something intentional, inclusive, and community-driven, and we want someone behind the bar who brings both skill and personality to that mission.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, beer, and wine in a fast-paced nightlife environment
• Provide exceptional, engaging customer service that reflects our inclusive, community-first values
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout shifts
• Work collaboratively with barbacks, servers, security, and event staff to ensure smooth operations
• Adapt to themed events, entertainment nights, and diverse crowds with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Contribute to a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all guests

What We’re Looking For

• Strong bartending experience (required) with confidence in both classic and specialty cocktails
• Availability for weekend night shifts (primary schedule) with potential for additional hours
• A personable, outgoing presence with the ability to read a room and elevate guest experience
• A genuine commitment to inclusivity, respect, and community-building
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, sometimes unpredictable live entertainment setting
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
