Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties, while maintaining accuracy with retail math and basic math skills.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with catering or banquet setups when required.
• Follow all food safety regulations and alcohol service laws; ensure responsible serving practices at all times.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order entry and sales tracking.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests quickly and professionally.
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple orders seamlessly during busy periods.
• Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling, retail math, and billing purposes.
• Experience in brewing or hospitality industries is a plus; previous catering or serving experience highly valued.
