Bartender

Coleman’s is a neighborhood bar in Crystal Lake known for fantastic food, great drinks, and a laid-back atmosphere. We’re looking for a reliable, friendly, and experienced bartender to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Handle cash and process payments accurately
• Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
• Ensure a fun and welcoming bar environment

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and liquor
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
• Must be at least 21 years old
• BASSET certification (or willingness to obtain)

Schedule:

• Days, nights and weekends
• Flexible scheduling available
