Bartender

Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team in an exciting environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry, with experience in and strong understanding of bartending. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests through crafted drinks and outstanding service.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitized.
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink selections.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the Toast POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with bar back/customers to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service during shifts.
• Adhere to the business ambience standards via house curated playlists and volume level
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
• Submit minimum one picture or video every shift to be used on business social media
• Monitor bar TV's to ensure popular/relevant sports game are playing for guests.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending/bar-serving experience in a high-volume establishment, country club, or sports bar is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the service industry, including menu items and alcohol pairings.
• Proficient in math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
• Experience with Toast POS systems is highly desirable, but not required.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional hospitality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a diverse environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
