Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and balance registers at the end of each shift using retail math skills.
• Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and enforce legal drinking age regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly.
• Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve multiple guests while maintaining high-quality service standards.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Experience in food industry roles including food service, catering, or retail math is beneficial.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and sales transactions.
