Bartender – Reserve

Reserve is seeking an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in hospitality, has a strong understanding of craft cocktails, and possesses extensive knowledge of wines.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality craft cocktails with consistency and creativity
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on our wine selections and beverage menu
• Deliver exceptional guest service and create a welcoming bar experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Manage bar inventory and assist with stocking and preparation as needed
• Work collaboratively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

Qualifications:

• Prior bartending experience in a restaurant or cocktail bar
• Strong knowledge of classic and modern craft cocktails
• Extensive knowledge of wines, including varietals, regions, and pairings
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and during evenings/weekends
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
