Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations to process transactions smoothly and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by properly handling food and beverages, adhering to food industry regulations.
• Assist with serving at events such as banquets or catering functions, ensuring timely delivery of drinks in nightclub or hospitality settings.
• Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock bar stations as needed to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and promote a safe environment for guests and staff alike.

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience, particularly in fine dining or nightlife environments such as nightclubs or bars.
• Proven ability to operate POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently.
• Experience with food safety protocols, food handling, and proper beverage serving techniques.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy hours without compromising quality or speed.
• Familiarity with catering or banquet experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility across different hospitality settings.
• Knowledge of retail math, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests while maintaining professionalism.
