Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience, offering recommendations and answering questions about drinks and menu items.
• Manage POS systems such as TouchBistro
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially during busy nights & events.
• Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow without delays.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly during catering or restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in bartending, however not a requirement.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as TouchBistro, along with basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Ability to manage time effectively in high-pressure environments while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with brewing processes or beverage trends is a plus; certification in food safety is preferred.

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
