Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety at all times.
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages proactively to meet demand during busy periods.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service coordination during events like banquets or catering functions.

Skills

• Proven experience in food industry roles such as fine dining, nightclub, banquet service, or catering environments.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient sales processing.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders quickly during peak hours.
• Exceptional customer service abilities to create welcoming atmospheres for diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling, retail math, and drink measurements accurately.
• Experience with retail math, cashiering, brewing processes, and food industry operations is highly desirable.
