Position Overview
RIKAS Hospitality Group is looking for a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our new festive dining concept. The Bartender will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service, crafting high-quality cocktails, and creating a lively, engaging atmosphere for guests at the bar.
The ideal candidate is energetic, service-oriented, and has strong knowledge of mixology, with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume, and guest-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Beverage Preparation & Service

Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Ensure all drinks are made according to standard recipes, presentation, and quality guidelines.

Maintain consistency and speed of service during busy operations.

Ensure proper garnishing, glassware, and beverage presentation standards.
Guest Experience

Engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and entertaining manner.

Provide recommendations based on guest preferences and menu knowledge.

Create a welcoming and energetic bar atmosphere aligned with the festive concept.

Handle guest requests and feedback promptly and professionally.
Bar Operations

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area at all times.

Prepare the bar setup before service and complete closing duties after service.

Ensure proper stock rotation and assist in monitoring bar inventory.

Report stock shortages, breakages, or operational issues to the Bar Manager.
Teamwork & Communication

Work closely with bar backs, waiters, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow.

Support senior bartenders and bar management during service.

Communicate effectively during peak operations to maintain efficiency.
Compliance & Standards

Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and health & safety regulations.

Ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with UAE laws.

Adhere to RIKAS Group standards and operational procedures at all times.
Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a bartender in upscale, lifestyle, or high-volume venues.

Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques.

Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and presentation standards.

Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and professional appearance.

Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
