Bartender

The Eastman is looking for friendly, professional bartenders to join our opening team. Located in Pittsburgh's North Side, The Eastman combines neighborhood hospitality, craft cocktails, local beer, sports, and chef-driven food from the team behind Taqueria Acosta.

We're looking for hospitality-focused bartenders who enjoy building relationships with guests, working as part of a team, and helping create a welcoming neighborhood bar experience.

Position

Bartender (Full-Time )

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment
• Engage with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties
• Follow Pennsylvania liquor laws and responsible alcohol service practices
• Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine
• Ability to multitask during busy service periods
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• RAMP certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
