Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including specialty cocktails, ensuring consistency and presentation that match our themed ambiance.
• Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and deliver prompt, friendly service.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering duties and processing payments efficiently.
• Engage with guests to enhance their experience through excellent customer service, upselling menu items, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist in setup and breakdown for events like banquets or nightclub nights, ensuring all service areas are prepared for high-volume service.
• Collaborate with team members to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality.

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is essential; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast enhances efficiency in order processing.
• Strong skills in customer service, sales techniques, and hospitality are required to create memorable guest interactions.
• Experience working in nightclubs or catering environments will be highly valued for this energetic role.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, basic math (including retail math), and cash handling procedures ensures smooth operations.
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail is crucial.
• Prior experience in the food industry involving food handling, serving, or bartending will help you excel in this lively setting.
