Bartender (Five-Star Hotel Restaurant Bar)

We are searching for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at our upscale restaurant bar. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating delicious drinks that exceed our guests' expectations. As a Bartender, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring our patrons have a memorable dining experience.


Key Job Responsibilities:


  • Skillfully mix ingredients to prepare both classic cocktails and innovative creations, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink, while also preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, beers, and wines, to restaurant bar patrons.

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, presenting the bar menu, taking orders, and serving snacks and drinks promptly, while also assessing customers’ preferences and offering personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar tools, glassware, and supplies, to uphold hygiene standards.

  • Monitor and replenish bar inventory and supplies, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other essential items, to ensure availability during service hours.

  • Verify customers’ identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age.

  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar area to uphold hygiene standards.

  • Adhere to all food and beverage regulations, including local laws, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Utilize upselling techniques and perform flair bartending as appropriate to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.

  • Collaborate with the bar team to develop and refine new and innovative drink recipes and menu offerings.

Requirements and Skills:



  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a bartender in an upscale restaurant or bar setting.

  • Proficient in drink preparation, mixology techniques, and beverage service standards across a diverse range of drinks.

  • Certification in bartending or mixology is preferred

  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
