As home to the first Moxy hotel in Northern New England, this is a chance to be part of something new from the very beginning — welcoming guests to a vibrant stay steps from Thompson’s Point’s concerts, events, dining, and culture.

We’re mixing up something new—and we want you behind the bar.

As we get ready to open our brand-new hotel, we’re looking for a Bartender who brings personality, skill, and great energy to every shift. You’re not just making drinks—you’re creating experiences, setting the vibe, and turning first-time guests into regulars.

If you’re quick on your feet, love talking to people, and know how to keep things fun and professional, this is your stage.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Welcoming guests with a smile, great energy, and top-tier hospitality
• Mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and style
• Creating a fun, inviting atmosphere where guests want to hang out
• Recommending drinks, upselling specials, and knowing the menu inside and out
• Keeping the bar stocked, prepped, and ready for anything
• Handling payments quickly and accurately
• Checking IDs and serving responsibly (you keep it fun and safe)
• Maintaining a clean, organized bar before, during, and after every shift
• Jumping in with light food prep and team support when needed
• Sharing knowledge about the hotel and local area with guests

You’ll Fit Right In If You:

• Have a great personality and love connecting with people
• Stay cool under pressure and can handle a busy bar
• Know your cocktails—or are excited to keep learning
• Are detail-oriented and take pride in your craft
• Work well with a team and bring positive energy
• Can balance fun and responsibility behind the bar
• Are flexible with scheduling (nights, weekends, holidays—it’s when the fun happens!)

Bonus Points If You Have:

• At least 1 year of bartending experience
• TIPS certification (or willing to obtain)
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes and techniques
