Bartender - Server

Job Summary
We’re on the lookout for a friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Bartender - Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our establishment, mixing drinks, serving food, and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Whether you’re crafting cocktails or recommending the perfect dish, your enthusiasm and excellent customer service skills will help ensure every guest leaves happy. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, has a knack for multitasking, and enjoys working in lively environments like fine dining spots or nightclubs.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and flair.
• Take food orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations.
• Handle cash transactions and perform cashiering duties with accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards.
• Support catering events or banquet services by serving food and beverages efficiently in diverse settings like nightclubs or large events.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to serve multiple tables or bar patrons without sacrificing quality or attentiveness.

Skills

• Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with an approachable and friendly demeanor.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments like nightclubs or fine dining restaurants.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing.
• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or retail math is a plus—especially if you have banquet or catering experience.
