What You'll Do:

• Craft quality cocktails and pour perfect pints while managing high-volume service
• Build and maintain relationships with our valued regulars, remembering names, preferences, and stories
• Stay organized and efficient during busy shifts, juggling multiple orders without missing a beat
• Provide attentive table service with a genuine smile and Irish warmth
• Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment
• Maintain bar standards, cleanliness, and inventory knowledge

What We're Looking For:

• Proven bartending and serving experience in a high-volume setting
• Strong mixology skills and extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers
• Exceptional customer service instincts and genuine people skills
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and positive during peak hours
• A team player with a sense of humor and passion for hospitality

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $3.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
