Bartender - voco Cairo Arabella Plaza

At voco™ Cairo Arabella Plaza, the very first voco in Egypt, we believe in creating a welcoming atmosphere where our guests feel cared for and our colleagues are empowered to deliver memorable experiences.

We are looking for a Bartender who will craft memorable drinks and create lively social experiences in line with voco’s vibrant spirit.

A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be:

• Preparing and serving a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Creating signature cocktails and recommending drinks based on guest preferences.
• Ensuring the bar is well-stocked, clean, and organized at all times.
• Engaging with guests to create a fun, friendly, and welcoming environment.
• Monitoring beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Complying with hygiene, safety, and licensing laws.
• Handling cash, processing payments, and balancing daily transactions.
• Supporting F&B promotions and upselling additional products.

What we need from you:

• Previous bartending or F&B service experience in a 4/5-star hotel.
• Knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and mixology techniques.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creativity and passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Good in English and other languages is an advantage.
