Food & Beverage Team Member (Multi-skilled) - voco Cairo Arabella Plaza

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Team Member (Multi-skilled) who will support our restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining operations, ensuring outstanding service and memorable guest experiences across all F&B outlets.

A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be:

• Welcoming guests and providing professional, friendly, and efficient service across various F&B outlets.
• Taking orders accurately, processing them in the POS system, and serving food and beverages.
• Assisting in banquet setups, service, and breakdown for events and meetings.
• Supporting in-room dining service, including taking orders and delivering them promptly.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of service areas, tables, and equipment.
• Assisting with bar service, including preparation of beverages and replenishment of stock.
• Handling guest inquiries and complaints courteously and professionally.
• Promoting special offers, upselling menu items, and encouraging loyalty program enrollments.
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand service standards.

What we need from you:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred.
• Previous F&B service experience in a 4/5-star hotel or high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Flexibility to work across multiple F&B outlets (restaurants, bars, banquets, IRD).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Team-oriented attitude with attention to detail and presentation.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good in English and other languages is an advantage.
