What You ll Do

* Greet and engage guests warmly, ensuring a memorable bar experience
* Prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to brand standards
* Promote and highlight drink specials, promotions, and signature cocktails
* Manage bar inventory, stock, and equipment while maintaining cleanliness and safety
* Process guest payments accurately using cash and credit systems
* Collaborate with restaurant and service staff to deliver smooth food and beverage service
* Ensure compliance with local food handling and alcohol service regulations

Ideal Profile

* Physically fit to lift and move up to 23 kilograms, with flexibility to bend and kneel when required
* Basic reading, writing, and math skills for order handling and transactions
* Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, and holiday shifts
* Legal eligibility to serve alcohol in Dubai and compliance with local regulations
* Outgoing personality with strong communication skills and guest-focused approach
