Job Summary
Miller's On Trade is seeking skilled and enthusiastic bartenders. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Consistent Thursday-Saturday availability. Ability to work at other locations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
• Operate the POS system efficiently to process orders and manage payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
• Assist in catering events or banquets as needed, providing exceptional service during special occasions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending is required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers preferred.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Understanding of food safety practices is essential.
• A team player who can work collaboratively with other team members.
