Job Title: Bartender

Project Duration: 6 Months

Working Days: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

Location: Al Raha, Abu Dhabi

Salary: 2,300 AED

Responsibilities (Typical)

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
• Verify customer identification and confirm they meet legal drinking age requirements.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, processing payments through the POS system.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the manager.

Requirements (Typical)

• Proven working experience as a Bartender, Cocktail Server, or similar role.
• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Flexibility to work evening shifts, specifically on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
• Relevant certification (e.g., S.S.S. or equivalent local license) is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
