Bartender/Server

**LOCATED IN THE ORO VALLEY MARKETPLACE**

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. If you have a passion for mixology and creating memorable experiences for guests, we would love to have you on board.

**Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, following recipes and customer preferences.

- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and taking orders.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment.

- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems.

- Adhere to all food safety regulations and alcohol serving laws.

- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.

- Upsell additional products when appropriate.

**Experience:**

- Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role in the food industry.

- Knowledge of retail math, food handling, customer service, brewing, food safety, math, sales, and bartending techniques.

- Familiarity with different types of beverages and their preparation methods.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $13.51 - $15.55 per hour
