Bartender/Server

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for order processing and cash handling.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food handling regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.

Experience

• Previous experience in bartending or a related role within the food industry is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Familiarity with fine dining service standards is a plus.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques and retail math skills are advantageous.
• Experience in cash handling and operating POS systems is essential.
• A passion for sales and the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
