Job Title: Bartender
Location: Barclay's at Pinetop Lakes Golf and Country Club
Employment Type: Part-Time

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Bartender to join the team at our golf and country club restaurant. The ideal candidate must have prior bartending experience, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to providing excellent service to our members and guests. This role is responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring responsible alcohol service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to our recipes
• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to members and guests
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
• Verify identification and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Process orders accurately through the POS system and handle cash and card transactions
• Monitor guest behavior and address any concerns in a professional manner
• Assist servers with drink orders and coordinate with kitchen staff when needed
• Help maintain bar inventory and notify management of supply needs
• Complete opening and closing bar duties

Required Qualifications:

• Must have previous bartending experience
• Must have knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine service
• Must have experience handling cash and using POS systems
• Must possess a valid Arizona Food Handler’s Card
• Must possess Arizona Alcohol Server Certification
• Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and multitasking skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and reach frequently
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

• Experience working in a club, resort, or golf course setting
