Bartender/Server

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving beverages/food to customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests. We have a limited menu of food that bartender is expected to help prepare. We DO NOT HAVE A LIQUOR LISCENSE, but do canned cocktails, so don't let your limited experience mixing drinks prevent you form applying. We do special events and steak night dinners! Great tips! NEED TO BE 19 yo.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take orders, and recommend drink options.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food and beverage service.
• Assist in setting up for events or catering functions as needed.
• Must be able to work weekends and nights

Skills

• Proficient in basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink recipes.
• Strong sales skills to promote menu items effectively.
• Previous experience in a restaurant is preferred.
• Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
