Bartender/Server

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of food safety and food handling procedures.
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and offering recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with integrity, including basic math calculations for bills, tips, and payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Assist with catering and banquet events as needed.
• Upsell menu items effectively to increase sales while ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive service.

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is required
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in hospitality settings, including retail math skills for accurate cash handling.

Pay: $7.25 per hour
