We're on the lookout for a talented and customer-focused Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender & Server at Reno’s Bar and Grill, you'll be pivotal in delivering exceptional beverage service, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience. This role demands expertise in bartending, outstanding communication skills, and food service.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

- Craft and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to our high-quality standards and recipes.

- Engage warmly with guests, offering recommendations and accurately recording orders.

- Efficiently manage food orders, promptly communicating them to the kitchen and bar staff, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the menu.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area and dining area, including inventory management and equipment upkeep.

- Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation protocols, including holding a valid food handlers safe certification.

- Conduct end-of-shift closeout procedures with precision, ensuring accurate accounting and drawer balancing.

- Handle cash and credit transactions swiftly and accurately in accordance with company policies.

- Collaborate seamlessly with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service..

- Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions as required.

**Requirements:**

- Demonstrated experience as a Bartender, preferably in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

- Previous experience as a restaurant server

- Extensive knowledge of mixology, cocktails, and beverage trends.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.

- Possession of valid food handlers safe certification and RBS certification.

- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Handle all cash and credit card close out transactions, and drawer balance

- Must be 21 years of age or older

**Dress Code:**

- All-black shirt and jeans, or black pants without any holes. Shorts, and tank tops are not permitted.

- Closed-toed shoes are required for safety and hygiene purposes.

- Maintain a neatly groomed appearance, with hair securely fastened.

- Occasionally, promotional t-shirts may be provided for wear.

***Wage will commensurate with experience level, to be determined by management.

Scheduled hours of operation, are currently:

• 4pm-10pm Wednesday- Saturday
• ** shifts may vary**

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.90 - $20.00 per hour
