Bartender/Server

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front End Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and ensuring a positive Dinning experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers
- Provide assistance and answer inquiries regarding products or services
- Upsell products and promote current sales or promotions
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of the front end area
- Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment securely
- Assist with food preparation or packaging when needed
- Utilize Revel/Toast POS system for order entry and processing

- Ability to lead and delegate instructions to a team while producing expected results towards operations successfully.

- Ability to coach and evaluate members of your team while maintaining a positive outlook and motivation.

- Assist in reenforcing all policies and procedure to ensure I safe and secure establishment.

Requirements:
- Strong math skills for handling transactions and providing correct change
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach

- 2 Years of prior leadership/Bar operations experience

- Must be at least 21 years of age or older

- Intermediate computer skills, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

- Must posses an open and flexible availability.

Pay: $12.77 - $50.00 per hour
