Bartenders/Servers/First Mates

The Naples Princess is now hiring. Looking for First Mates, Bartenders and Servers. Both boats offer daily public cruises as well as private events and weddings. We are seeking highly energetic professional staff with a positive attitude and a passion for the outdoors and the water! The cruises will feature sightseeing excursions, and sunset cruises so potential staff must be enthusiastic about the wildlife, while excelling in customer service and hospitality. Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays. Both full time and part time are available. Bartending duties and customer service are required. Must have a basic understanding of drinks and recipes. Ideal candidates must possess the ability to maintain a positive working relationship with others and be reliable with a positive attitude. Leadership skills a must. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test.
