Bartender/Server

Duties:

- Take food and drink orders from customers and enter them into the POS system

- Prepare specialty cocktails and other drinks for the bar and restaurant

- Complete weekly bar inventory

- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy in order delivery and address any customer concerns or complaints
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
- Clear and clean tables after customers have finished their meals
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for new customers

Experience:

- Previous Bartender experience is REQUIRED
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with kitchen staff
