Our bartenders/servers have year round hours and make money all year.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Take food orders accurately and efficiently, delivering dishes promptly while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations.
• Manage POS system to process orders and payments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with setup and breakdown during shifts, including restocking supplies and preparing garnishes for drinks.
• Handle cashing out guests accurately using cash handling procedures and math skills while managing multiple tables and/or bar patrons.

Requirements

• Weekends and summer availability are a must, and this is a year round postition.
• Previous restaurant or food service experience, preferably in a fast paced environment.
• Strong desire to want to impress one guest at a time.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy hours.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for billing, tips, and cash handling confidently.

Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour
