Bartender/Server

Three Chimneys Inn in the Historic District of Durham is currently hiring an experienced Bartender/Server. Must be flexible and willing to work nights, weekends and some holidays. We do close on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day so those holidays will not be required.

Our ideal candidate is attentive, enthusiastic, motivated, hard-working, reliable, honest and punctual.

Responsibilities:

Knowledge of the menu and helping our guests select food and beverages. Delivering food and beverages making it a great experience for the guests.
Opening and closing side work and being a team player is a must.

Bartender Responsibilities:

Must be able to be creative with drink specials and have bar experience. You will need to be able to service an 8 seat bar while pouring beverages for the dining room. There will be opportunity to work banquets as well.

Qualifications:

Ability to listen and communicate effectively and able to multitask efficiently.
Strong organizational skills with a passion for the hospitality industry.

Pay: $10.00 - $30.00 per hour
