Bartending Shifts are Sunday Night and Monday Night, Serving shifts are flexible.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and flair.
• Take food and drink orders accurately using POS system.
• Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations, answer questions about menu items, and enhance their overall experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently through POS systems while ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, nightclub, or banquet environments is preferred; fine dining experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and the ability to engage guests professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety.
• Ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding of beverage alcohol laws; free missouri certification required (SMART).

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
