Bartender/Server

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender/Waitress , you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests while serving a variety of beverages and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with catering events as needed, providing support in food service and beverage management.
• Utilize Toast POS system for order entry, payment processing, and tracking sales.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
• Apply retail math skills to manage cash handling accurately during shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred
• Strong understanding of food safety practices in a bar setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficient in time management with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to help others in a team-oriented environment.
