Bartender/Server

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders/Servers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry. As a Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service, crafting delicious drinks, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing basic math skills for processing payments.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to support banquet services or special events as required.
• Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred, particularly in bartending or related roles within restaurants or nightclubs.
• Strong knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairings is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.42 - $50.00 per hour
