Bartender/Server

The Brothers Three in Marinette, WI is looking for one bartender/server to join our team. This is primarily a part-time position Sunday availability a must. We are located on 1302 Marinette Ave. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable. Wage is $10/hr plus tips. Must be 18+ and able to take responsible beverage serving course if you have not already.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks
• Answer phone to take carry-out and delivery orders
• Assist team wherever available (including carrying drinks to tables for minor servers)
• Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Effectively serve up to ten barstools, three high tops
• Additional server help if necessary

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Relevant training certificate
• Reliable availability
