Bartender/Server

Overview
We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Bartenders and Servers to join our team in a fast-paced environment. Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and readily available.
• Engage with customers, providing friendly and attentive service while taking drink orders and answering questions about the menu.
• Process transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system, handling cash and credit card payments responsibly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to patrons at the bar.
• Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with local laws regarding alcohol consumption.
• Assist in training new staff members on bar operations, drink preparation, and customer service standards.

Experience

• Previous experience in a bartending or food service role is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential.
• Strong knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairings is advantageous.
• Excellent math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
• Proficiency with cash registers or POS systems is beneficial for efficient transaction processing.
• A background in hospitality or nightclub environments will enhance your ability to thrive in this role.
• Exceptional customer service skills are vital for creating positive interactions with guests and fostering repeat business.
