Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Bay Engage E-mail Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive brand loyalty. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and analytics to effectively connect with our target audience across various platforms.

Duties

• Develop and execute engaging content strategies across multiple channels including social media, email, and website.
• Utilize SEO tools to optimize content for search engines, improving visibility and driving organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research to identify trends and opportunities for content development.
• Implement conversion optimization techniques to enhance user experience and increase engagement rates.
• Utilize Google Ads and SEM strategies to drive targeted traffic to our digital assets.
• Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing content using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop.
• Engage in email marketing initiatives, leveraging marketing automation tools to nurture leads and enhance customer relationships.
• Support e-commerce efforts by optimizing product pages and developing promotional strategies that drive sales.

Experience

• Proven experience in E-mail and digital marketing with a focus on engagement strategies.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices, conversion optimization techniques, and performance marketing principles.
• Proficiency in tools and advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads and Google AdWords.
• Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and graphic design; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and content management systems is a plus.
