Brickclay is a growing software house delivering innovative digital solutions to international clients. We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Business Development Interns and gain hands-on experience in the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through online platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, etc.).
- Conduct market research to explore potential clients and industry trends.
- Assist in LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and proposal writing.
- Maintain and update CRM records regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to understand client requirements.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on lead generation activities.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates or final-year students are encouraged to apply.
- BS Computer Science (highly preferred); BBA (Marketing) will be given second preference; other relevant disciplines may also apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Basic understanding of IT services and software development will be a plus.
